This online store is operated by Decent Services LLC under the PawVoyage store name. “PawVoyage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.

Acceptance

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store. You must be the age of majority in your location, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to order.

Product information and responsible use

We work to present descriptions, images, measurements, colors, prices, availability, and delivery estimates accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause minor differences. Review all measurements, weight limits, warnings, and care instructions before ordering. Pet products require appropriate supervision and do not replace veterinary advice or an independently approved vehicle restraint.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, restricted destinations, duplicate orders, or another legitimate operational reason. Any cancelled paid amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, tax, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable tax, shipping, discounts, and the final total appear before payment. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; PawVoyage does not store full payment-card numbers.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, violate another party’s rights, disrupt the service, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

Store text, branding, graphics, layout, and original content are owned by or licensed to PawVoyage and protected by applicable law. Store content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party services

The store can use third-party applications, payment tools, fulfillment providers, and links. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Service availability and liability

We may correct errors, update information, change prices, modify products, or suspend store features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawVoyage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law does not allow that limit. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Severability, waiver, and changes

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version; changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
