Which currency does PawVoyage use?
Prices and checkout totals are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
When will my card or PayPal account be charged?
Your selected payment provider processes payment when you complete checkout. The exact payment methods available are displayed securely at checkout.
Shipping & tracking
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is typically 6–12 business days in the United States and 7–20 business days for other supported destinations. Carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season delays can add time.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking information when the carrier makes it available. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch. Contact us if it has not updated for 7 business days.
Will products arrive together?
Products can ship separately when fulfilled from different facilities. You will receive available tracking for each parcel and will not be charged an extra shipping fee after checkout.
Returns & order changes
Can I return an item?
You may request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, clean, and include its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos or video. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately. We can help when the order has not entered fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
Product fit & safety
How do I choose the right carrier or stroller size?
Measure your pet while sitting and lying comfortably, compare the measurements with the product page, and check every stated weight limit. Choose the larger option when your pet is close to a listed size limit.
Is the Fold & Go carrier a crash-tested car restraint?
No crash-test certification is represented. For vehicle travel, use an independently approved pet restraint or travel system appropriate for your pet and vehicle.
